Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using any portion of the GlaceLearn platform, including our online matching directories, collaborative classrooms, smart notes summarizers, and student chat portals, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of our services.

2. Services Provided

GlaceLearn operates a collaborative online educational directory connecting Students seeking academic assistance with verified Tutors. Additionally, we equip our users with state-of-the-art AI-powered utility tools, structured course syllabi builders, automated roadmap generators, and verticall reels (GlaceShorts). Tutors operate as independent service providers and not as employees or agents of GlaceLearn.

3. User Account Security

You are solely responsible for protecting the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree that all registration inputs (including taught subjects, general pricing, banking details, and profile avatars) are completely accurate. If you notice any unauthorized access, please notify support immediately.

4. Booking and Payment Integrity

Students may book structured long-term courses with verified Tutors. All transaction amounts are collected securely via our premium payment integrations. GlaceLearn operates a strict platform commission and safety structure:

• Tutors receive 90% of their net student course bookings.
• A 10% platform fee is deducted automatically for infrastructure, classroom maintenance, and transaction processing.
• Tutors in their 30-day trial period can leverage the platform for free, after which lifetime account verification is mandatory to accept bookings.

5. Live Classrooms & Collaborative Tools

Our online classrooms provide interactive whiteboard synchronization, live audio-video feeds, and text messaging rooms. Users agree to utilize these interactive tools exclusively for academic purposes. Any harassment, inappropriate drawing on the whiteboard, or distribution of unauthorized files is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

6. Code of Conduct

All students, tutors, and administrative monitors must respect one another. GlaceLearn reserves the right to suspend or ban any user who engages in offensive language, files malicious claims, posts copyrighted materials inside the Study Notes libraries, or attempts to circumvent our platform booking fee structures.

7. Limitation of Liability

GlaceLearn acts as a venue to facilitate educational instruction. We do not guarantee tutor qualifications, academic success, JEE/NEET results, or absolute safety of files uploaded to public notes folders. All features, including AI summaries and roadmap generators, are provided "as-is".
