Security at GlaceLearn

1. Data Encryption & Storage

All student, tutor, and payment data processed by GlaceLearn is protected using high-grade operational standards. We utilize:

• Transit Encryption: All server calls are wrapped in 256-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to enforce HTTPS standards.
• Hash Algorithms: User passwords are securely hashed using BCRYPT logic. Plain text passwords are never stored on our database.
• Fallback Safeguards: Under database fallback configurations, offline file paths are isolated from direct web access.

2. Classroom & Video Privacy

GlaceLearn does not record or analyze webcam or classroom audio streams except when explicitly requested by tutors for lesson replays. Whiteboard coordinate records are purged periodically from server temporary caches to maintain zero-trace private sandboxes.

3. Financial Safety & Razorpay

GlaceLearn leverages Razorpay, the industry-leading certified payment handler in India, to coordinate checkouts. Your card, UPI, or banking credentials are piped straight to payment processors and never land on our platform's local drives.
