information when you play Wing Rush
(com.glacebyte.wing_rush), available on Android and iOS.
By playing Wing Rush, you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
Wing Rush is designed to work entirely offline after download. We do not operate servers that collect personal data. The information described below is gathered only by the third-party SDKs integrated into the app.
All game progress, high scores, coin balances, purchased birds, and sound preferences are stored locally on your device only using Android/iOS shared preferences. This data never leaves your device.
Third-Party Services
Wing Rush integrates the following third-party services. Each operates under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party providers. We recommend reading their respective privacy policies before using Wing Rush.
Advertising
Wing Rush displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use your advertising ID and other device information to show personalised ads relevant to your interests.
- You can opt out of personalised advertising in your device settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads on Android; Settings → Privacy → Apple Advertising on iOS).
- Purchasing the "Remove Ads" upgrade permanently disables all advertisements within the app.
- Rewarded ads (watch-to-earn coins) are entirely optional and voluntary.
- Wing Rush does not sell your personal data to advertisers.
⚠️ AdMob collects the Advertising ID even when no ad is shown, to comply with frequency-capping and fraud-prevention requirements. You can reset or limit your Advertising ID at any time in your device privacy settings.
In-App Payments
Wing Rush offers optional in-app purchases including coin packs and a one-time Remove Ads upgrade. Payments are processed by Razorpay (mobile) or the native Google Play / App Store billing system.
- We never store, view, or process your credit/debit card or bank account details.
- All payment data is transmitted securely and handled exclusively by the payment provider.
- Transactions are encrypted end-to-end using industry-standard TLS.
- Your purchased status (Remove Ads / coins) is saved locally on your device.

Local Storage & Permissions
Wing Rush may request the following device permissions:
All game data (scores, coins, settings, bird selections) is stored exclusively on your device using SharedPreferences. This data is not backed up to any cloud service by us, and it is removed when you uninstall the app.
Custom audio files you upload remain on your device's local storage and are accessed by the app only during gameplay. We do not upload these files anywhere.
Children's Privacy
⚠️ Wing Rush is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Because Wing Rush contains advertisements and real-money in-app purchases, it is intended for users aged 13 and above. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used this app, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove any related data.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Data may only be shared in the following limited circumstances:
- Third-party SDKs: AdMob and Razorpay receive data as described in their own policies to provide advertising and payment services.
- Legal obligations: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
- Business transfer: In the event of a merger or acquisition, user data would transfer as part of the transaction under the same privacy protections.
Beyond these cases, your data is never shared with any external parties.
Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information within our control. Since Wing Rush stores all game data locally on your device:
- No user databases or servers are maintained by Glacebyte.
- All payment transactions are secured with TLS encryption by Razorpay.
- Game data on-device is protected by Android/iOS sandboxing — other apps cannot access it.
- Custom audio files you upload are accessed only by Wing Rush and are not transmitted.
While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data held about you.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your data. For local device data, simply uninstall the app. For data held by third-party SDKs, contact them directly.
- Opt-out of personalised ads: Use your device's advertising settings to limit ad tracking.
- GDPR (EEA users): You have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and data portability under the General Data Protection Regulation.
- CCPA (California residents): You have the right to know, delete, and opt-out of sale of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act.
