100% Offline-First Security
All your billing directories, invoice drafts, quotation estimates, client records, and signatures are stored directly on your own device's secure local SQLite database. We do not maintain servers to upload, store, or monitor your corporate finances.
2. Data We Collect
Since Invoice Maker Pro is an offline-first tool, your operational data resides safely on your local storage. Here is a breakdown of how the information you input is managed:
- Business Profile: Information like your business name, address, email, logo, tax registration number, bank details, and UPI ID is saved in your device's sandbox. It is parsed exclusively to draw the header cards and payment QR codes on your A4 invoice PDFs.
- Client History: Customer names, email addresses, phone lines, and billing addresses are saved locally to speed up invoice creation.
- Signatures and Stamps: Hand-drawn signatures or company stamp images remain in local cache storage and are only dynamically stamped on generated PDF reports.
- Backup Archives: The JSON file backup feature serializes database entries locally. It is up to you to secure these files or move them between devices.
3. Permissions Needed
To deliver a premium, responsive document generation interface, Invoice Maker Pro requests access to specific device utilities. We only use these permissions to carry out your direct requests:

- Google AdMob: Standard users may see inline banner and interstitial ads. AdMob uses device identifiers (like Android Advertising ID) to deliver relevant, localized ads. Once you upgrade to Premium, all ad scripts are completely suppressed.
- Razorpay: If you purchase the Premium Ad-Removal package, Razorpay processes the transaction. They collect standard payment parameters during checkout. No bank details or card numbers are processed by or stored inside Invoice Maker Pro.

Because your files are stored locally, the security of your business reports depends on your device's security. We recommend securing your phone or desktop with password encryption, using biometric locks, and keeping your local JSON backup archives stored in password-protected drives.
